Gregg Braden is a fabulously clear & relatable speaker. He makes you not only want to examine what you have always believed in, but to be open to flow in a different direction. Learning about the cycles of change (Economic, human conflict, climate change) on the planet and the power we have in responding to that change was life-altering. He instills confidence in our power to heal ourselves and to embrace the changes in the world & our necessary evolution. His experience in the monasteries and how a life of meditation and little stress creates longevity, left me believing that I will live to be 100 or more. I am even more inspired to create an atmosphere internally and externally that is conducive to it. When emotions are expressed and not stored, the biochemicals from that emotion flow freely, so that all of our systems are in harmony. When we don't express emotions and trauma we literally make ourselves ill. I have experienced this first hand. We are able to free past trauma and programming by mind heart coherence. Which is achieved in reaching Gamma brainwave State (super memory, deep intuition & unity consciousness) & Theta (Optimized healing). When we witness energy healing and other 'miraculous' events it creates a new extraordinary & positive reality of our own divine power within our subconscious. Chronic stress and trauma without the 'reset' causes Telomere Shortening and impairs DNA replication causing accelerated aging. Heart-Brain Harmony (Heart Math Institute), along with the right environment (supplements, exercise, sleep), awakens the Enzyme that heals these telomeres. When we feel compassion during meditation, our brain waves (in Gamma state) and heart wave patterns fire in rhythm with each other. We can change our brain frequency with the sound of nature and with music. Bruce Lipton fluctuated between the honeymoon effect and humans are doomed. His rapid-fire science on atoms and cells was hard for me to follow, but once at the conclusion, you knew it made sense. My apology's on this, my notes on the cells and atoms are all over the place and I can't reproduce them in any format that makes sense now. He did an amazing breakdown of the subconscious and conscious brain. Our subconscious brain and all our programming running the train most of the time. Programming that is mostly created from our experience in the womb and the first 7 years of our life. We can reprogram our subconscious brain with hypnosis, subliminal tapes, patient habitual mindfulness & when there's a major life experience (spiritual) or as in my personal case the 1 suicide attempt and death of 3 very significant people in my life within a 21 day period. Both Gregg and Bruce made an impression on the study of the Metaphysical Field. How our energy effects and mirrors off of each other. We have to be mindful of what we are projecting because it will be mirrored back to us. Why there is power in 2 or more in the room. We are all intuitive, some more than others, and can feel this energy more or less intensely, but we all feel it and we are all capable of it. It is how we were wired in the beginning. We are all connected energetically to ourselves and to the Earth. We are evolving. I knew that my childhood affected me intensely. I just didn't understand why. The explanation of stored trauma in our cells and how our body reacclimates to accommodate that trauma or doesn't, helped me to understand why I've had a heart murmur (gone now), diabetes (gone now), high liver enzymes (gone now) and multiple other medical issues since I was 30. Last November my annual physical was a train wreck. My doctor had a stack of scrips she was going to make me take. I said NO medications. Told her to give me 30 days to change my ways. I came home knowing that when I walked back into her office I would NOT have a heart murmur, I would NOT need diabetes medication or high blood pressure medication or a liver biopsy. I changed my diet, started yoga but most importantly I just 'knew' I could heal my body. I visualized myself healthy. Every day and every night and sometimes in between, I'd have a conversation with those parts of my body and I made an agreement to honor my part if they honored theirs. If my family could have witnessed 'those' conversations I'd be sitting in a white padded cell. I truly felt like this conference confirmed and validated scientifically what, I on some level, intuitively knew. Major Aww yes moments. I find myself applying what I learned every day. I am asking people permission to share truthfully with them instead of just hurling my truths at them. For the first time in my life, my fear and anxiety have all but dissipated. I feel confident that I'm on a path to knowing myself in a really powerful way. (Seriously, at one point, had I levitated off the chair I would not have surprised myself). I have applied the heart mind coherence 3-5 times DAILY since I got home. When I put food in my mouth I imagine the cells in my body actually thanking me. I understand that we really are working together. I liked the format and energy of the conference but would have been able to remember and articulate more of the biology details from Bruce had they not swung back and forth between the two speakers, so many times, throughout the day. Even though they were establishing a language and following a path that they wanted to take you on, my brain had a hard time switching between the two so quickly. In future events, I will take pictures of the slides, as allowed, so as to have some solid notes to better jog my memory later on. In my attempt to really stay present in the moment, my note taking was sketchy. Again, I want to thank you! Everything you do. From the leeway, you gave me this summer, when I was clearly losing my mind, to the trip to Bali and NM. This conference. Massages from Chelsea. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making it possible for me to attend and participate in this program. To say this event was one of the most transformative experiences of my life feels like an understatement! Even knowing about and practicing some of the things that were shared here did not prepare me for what I would experience and how profoundly it would touch me in every way. Coming together with so many like-minded people, all open to what they were learning and experiencing was incredible! Being on the sacred land of the Tamaya truly created a safe haven for beautiful energy and healing. And being in the presence of Gregg and Bruce was magical! (a little star struck, still, I think). Gregg and Bruce are both formidable speakers on their own, but together they are absolutely awe-inspiring; each presenting it in their unique style building upon one another’s message. Their enthusiasm and excitement was contagious as they shared their extensive knowledge. Delving into the traditions and knowledge possessed by our ancestors and ancient civilizations, as well as bringing to our awareness the research and discoveries that have and will change humanity was eye opening. This opened the portal to be receptive to techniques to access our intuition, achieve heart brain coherence, and create healing in our hearts and bodies. And, we learned how to apply these techniques in our relationships with ourselves, with others, with our past, and with our present; healing from the inside out. Gregg gifted all participants with a copy of his book “Human by Design” and much of his presentation was based on information in that book. Thus, less note taking and reference material for later. Bruce’s speaking style is both fun and captivating! He keep us eager and wanting more. Gregg was equally captivating in that he spoke directly to our hearts often asking our permission to explore the deeper meaning. Their love for what they do was so visible and came shining through in their delivery. Just a few things I came away with: (I am still processing much of the 4 day workshop). Confirmation that Spirituality is about relationships not just with ourselves and others, but with the earth, with our past, with our present, and with the field. Perception and belief are synchronous. Your environment and what you believe determines your health. Signal = behavior of the cells in our body. 90% of what we do, think, and feel every day is through our subconscious mind and led by our programming. You can identify your programming by looking at your life as it is now. What’s working, what isn’t? What do you struggle with? What do you want that you don’t have or is difficult for you to achieve? How mirror neurons work! How to achieve Heart Brain Coherence. The proper use and type of Affirmations to use after you’ve achieved Heart Brain Coherence. How cells reproduce in the body and what affects their health. How to reduce and prevent the erosion of telomeres (anti-aging). Various methods of subconscious review and reprogramming Hypnosis and Affirmations, subliminal tapes - while in Theta brain state. I’ve been on my own journey to a place of acceptance and healing. Attendance at this event has provided me with a huge leap and has reinforced my knowing and belief to my journey! It’s given me tools that I can use to continue on my path. It has reinforced my belief that we are all connected in this universe. That I prefer to experience the world through my heart. I practice the Heart Brain Coherence several times a day now, as well as upon waking up and before going to sleep! Sending love really is all that matters.
